Overloaded with projects? Current team isn't able to meet project deadlines? With over 20+ years in the Hospitality Industry as a seasoned interior architectural designer, I have a proven track record of helping large Design/Architecture/Purchasing firms maintain their project workload and keep their projects on-time and under budget. Projects include Hotels, Restaurants, Day Spas, and other commerical projects. High-end residential projects will be considered if the budget is over 1 million dollars. Hourly rate is based on self-employment taxes and overhead costs. Flat fee may be considered on a case by case basis. Work will be remote with all VPN access as needed to complete the project requirements. In person meetings will be limited to an as needed basis and driving distance factor (my LA clients may be limited to Zoom meetings). Terms and conditions of this arrangement will be further outlined in a contract that all parties agree to prior to services being rendered.
